If you do not refer to body or mind,
just simply ignore them,

and instead know yourself here and now,

I AM

Can you say you are male or female?
Black, white, red or yellow?
America, European, African or Indian?
Conservative or liberal?
Good or bad?

Remember,
do not refer to body or mind.

If you say you are any of those things
you must be referring to this body mind.

Ignore all of that.




Without referring to body or mind,

can’t you only say about yourself,

“I am no-thing, no-definition,

but I AM - AWARE.”


Anything you add on to that must be referring to
thoughts, sensations, memories, feelings.

So don’t do that for a moment and see.
