Are you anything in particular?

Is there a you separate from this now?

Someone witnessing this moment?

Or is it just one undivided whole?

Life, You, This moment.

Are you something separate from this, Now?

Are you separate from the overall experience

you call life?

Is this life happening to you?

Or are you life itself?

So then, if who you are is already life itself

what is there to seek?

Very simple

Very obvious

Now.

Where is Heaven

Nirvana

Enlightenment

if not here, now, eternal?
